Compliance

The Compliance Program at VitalCaring Group aims to involve employees through education and communication to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse, address legal and ethical concerns, and offer a channel for reporting potential violations. Our Standards of Conduct outline the team’s responsibilities to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality healthcare to our patients. VitalCaring is dedicated to upholding these Standards consistently as part of its mission, as we view compliance as a collective obligation.

We encourage every team member to participate actively in our compliance initiatives, fostering a culture of transparency and integrity. Regular training sessions and open forums are provided to keep everyone informed about the latest regulations and ethical practices. By doing so, we not only safeguard our organization but also strengthen the trust our patients place in us.
