Home Care Industry Veteran Tracey Kruse Martin Joins VitalCaring Board

Long-time industry veteran Tracey Kruse Martin has joined the Board of Directors for VitalCaring.  Martin previously served as the chief operating officer for Encompass Home Health and Hospice and was part of the leadership team for the organization for more than 20 years.  She successfully led Encompass through a period of dramatic growth from less than 10 locations to more than 250 locations.  She was also instrumental in helping the company establish its position as a Best Place to Work.

Her knowledge, experience and passion for the home health and hospice industry will positively impact our future growth and success,” said VitalCaring CEO April Anthony.  “Her longstanding commitment to building exceptional cultures will help us ensure that we always honor our commitment to transform lives and foster hope through genuine caring.”

In addition to working in the home care industry, Martin has been working to support the broader health care industry by serving on the Board of Unitek Learning, a Vistria portfolio company focused on educating new clinicians as part of larger efforts to address the healthcare industry staffing crisis.
