Traditions health Joins VitalCaring

Dallas, Texas — December 3, 2025— VitalCaring Group announced today that Traditions Health locations in Alabama, Arizona, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, Oklahoma, and Texas will transition to VitalCaring, further expanding the organization’s reach as a trusted leader in home-based health care.
