VitalCaring Home Health Branches Earn Prestigious HHCAHPS 5-Star Patient Satisfaction Ratings

Dallas, Texas — July 15, 2026 —VitalCaring is proud to announce that 31 of its home health branches have earned a HHCAHPS 5-Star Patient Satisfaction Rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), placing them among the nation’s highest-performing home health agencies and in the top 10% of providers nationwide.

The CMS Home Health Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HHCAHPS) 5-Star Rating is based entirely on feedback from patients and families about their care experience. The rating reflects exceptional patient experiences, including communication, professionalism, education, and overall satisfaction with care.

The average home health agency earns a 3.5-Star patient satisfaction rating. A 5-Star rating is the highest patient satisfaction recognition awarded by CMS and reflects exceptional experiences reported directly by patients and families.
